We have a superabundance of broad beans and what a delight it is to sit outside the kitchen door and shell them. We will eat some hot tonight and some cold in a sour cream sauce tomorrow.

The garden and the polytunnel are supplying a great variety and quantity of vegetables and we eat as much as we like ….and give some to visitors and neighbours.
